My dad showed me what passion looks like. He grew vegetables in his garden, made his own wine, and canned tomatoes with pride. Everything he made was crafted by hand and everything made with love. That’s where I learned that great food doesn’t just feed you… it connects you. For me, that feeling was always found in pizza — simple, honest, shared.

When I became a single father, my purpose became clear: build something real for my boys. A place where they can feel the same pride I felt growing up. If you stop by, you’ll often see us together, our sleeves rolled up, flour everywhere and making delicious pizza side by side.

St-Henri has helped carry us through our toughest moments. Saint Pizza is our way of giving that love and loyalty back to the community… one pizza, one smile, one neighbour at a time. For me, you’re never just a customer. You’re part of what we’re growing. Family, friends, colleagues brought together with love and bonded together through pizza.
